A Conventional Beginning
I grew up in a small village in Bihar. My early path was simple and conventional: study seriously, get good marks and aim for a stable career. I had very little exposure to startups, software or digital work.
I’m an AI Automation System Builder and Content Creator working across business, AI and technology. My focus is on understanding how businesses operate and turning that understanding into practical systems, workflows and useful content.
I’m building two capabilities in parallel: business understanding through formal education, books, founder conversations, market exposure and real work; and technical capability through AI automation, agents, APIs, integrations and software systems.
Alongside building systems, I document what I learn through tutorials, conversations and Leader Lessons, while developing a community for people who want to learn, build and create.

My journey did not start with technology. It moved from a conventional academic path in Bihar to the internet, self-learning, early experiments, business education and then practical work in AI automation. The important shift was from asking what I should study to asking what I should learn to build.

After moving to a small town for Classes 11–12, I got my first smartphone. The internet introduced me to skills, business, creators, entrepreneurship, self-learning and alternative career paths. The question slowly changed from “What marks do I need?” to “What skills do I need?”
I experimented with affiliate links, refer-and-earn apps, and early Instagram / YouTube content. None of it became a major outcome, but it gave me firsthand exposure to attention, distribution, audiences and online earning.
After Class 12, I chose to build business understanding through an online BBA and self-directed learning. Books, biographies, podcasts, audiobooks and founder conversations became part of my education. Access to a computer also opened the door to deeper technical learning.
I began learning software foundations, AI automation, workflows, agents, APIs and integrations, then started working around real business processes — leads, CRM, follow-up, WhatsApp, data flow and bottlenecks. That is where business understanding and technical capability began to meet.
Today, I’m building AI automation systems for Indian SMBs and service businesses, learning through real business workflows, and creating content around what I build. In parallel, I’m developing conversations and community for builders, innovators, entrepreneurs, hustlers and students who want to learn and create.

Create and scale companies that can serve broader markets and contribute to meaningful development.
These are future directions, not current titles.
I’m deliberately learning business and technology together, because one without the other is incomplete for the kind of systems and companies I want to build.
My formal education gives me a structured foundation in management, marketing, finance, economics, operations and decision-making — the business context behind the systems I want to build.
Beyond the degree, I learn through business books, entrepreneur biographies, podcasts, audiobooks, founder conversations, market research, client / business exposure and real project work.

I’m actively building capability in AI automation, AI agents and agentic systems, n8n, workflow design, APIs, webhooks, CRM / business systems, software and web foundations, AI-assisted development, integrations and process design.
The focus is not collecting tools. It is understanding how systems connect, how data and decisions move through a business, and how technology can solve a real operational problem.

My work today has two connected tracks: building AI automation systems for businesses, and building an ecosystem of content, conversations and community around learning and creating.
I work on AI automation systems by starting with the business process: understanding the problem, mapping how work actually happens, identifying bottlenecks, and then connecting the right workflows, AI agents, APIs and systems around the outcome the business needs.
I create practical content around AI automation, building and entrepreneurship, including YouTube tutorials and lessons from what I’m learning and implementing.
I’m also developing conversations and community around builders, entrepreneurs, mentors, creators and people learning to create useful things.
CURRENT MISSION
Make AI useful in real business operations — by understanding the process first, improving what should change, and then automating what deserves to become repeatable.
I want to grow from practical AI automation work into deeper consulting, product building and technology entrepreneurship — becoming a builder and creator who can develop useful technology, build companies and contribute to innovation.
Over time, I also want the knowledge, resources and reach created through that journey to support a larger purpose: meaningful social development and human prosperity.
Long-term purpose beyond business and technology.
Long term, I do not want the journey to end with building companies or technology. I want to use the capability, resources and reach I build to contribute to social empowerment and human prosperity.
The areas I care about include education, rural development and creating better access to opportunity. I want my work, over time, to contribute to stronger people, stronger communities and meaningful development in society.
I am not presenting this as work already accomplished. It is a long-term direction: build capability first, create sustainable value, and then use that strength to contribute meaningfully to society.
